SHELL OIL POLAR PIONEER DRILLING PLATFORM ARRIVES IN SEATTLE AMID PROTESTS

May 14th saw the arrival in Seattle of the Shell Oil Polar Pioneer drilling platform that will drill for oil in the Arctic.  Protesters were present to make it known that they don't like the risk of drilling where the environmental damage from a spill can be great.  All remember the Exxon Valdez....a disaster that still taints the shores of Alaska.
